Matti KukkonenThe Department consists of two major subject areas which are linked together: Accounting and Commercial Law. Research and teaching at the Department is focused upon these subjects as is relevant to practical business. The Department's courses in Accounting are focused on the fields of auditing, financial statement analysis and computer-based accounting information systems. The Department's courses in commercial law are focused on contract law and credit law, law of corporate finance and corporate governance, tax law, intellectual property law and labour law.
