This is what you as an employer have to do:

- Choose an intern among the received applications and inform Ekonomforum: The name of the chosen interns and the internship duration
- The internship agreement is signed between Hanken School of Economics and the internship provider
- The employer answers a questionnaire about the internship
This is what Ekonomforum does:
- The marketing and publishing of the internship positions
- Receive all the appilcations and mediate them to the internship company, which chooses the intern
- Set up a written agreement between the employer and Hanken before the internship
- Gather feedback from both students and employers after the internship and put together a report
- Support the employer during the internship in questions regarding the instruction of the intern, etc.
