Programme Focus
The Master's degree Programme in Marketing is aimed at people who have a bachelor degree in business studies and who wish to pursue further academic studies in Marketing. The
programme is management oriented, but it also aims to develop students'
analytical and research skills.
Courses are taught by recognised faculty members, in close co-operation with business leaders and experts from different fields of business. The department's research focus on Service and relationship marketing is internationally recognized and one of the areas that Hanken excels in. This focus is reflected also in the course offerings. All this guarantees a master's degree of high international standard, which gives you the required competence to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex marketplace, or to pursue doctoral studies.
The programme offers a study environment of high academic standard and brings together students from all over the world. Students are encouraged to complete part of their studies abroad at one of Hanken's many partner universities. Therefore, in addition to compulsory courses, the programme leaves room for an individual choice of elective courses. We help students build meaningful and individual programme structures to suit their future career goals.
