A deep understanding of the issues involved in establishing good corporate governance practices involves knowledge in most of the subjects taught at Hanken. By drawing on Hanken's expertise in these areas, and facilitating interaction between them, as well as with the business community, the centre offers research and teaching that aims at improved corporate governance practices.
The ultimate aim of the centre is to find a better fit between scarce managerial talent and existing top management positions in our society - thereby increasing welfare for all of us.
