Hanken Network Day
Hanken Network Day September 20th 2012
Welcome to Hanken Network Day 2012!
Hanken Network believes in the power of meetings between people. This year's Hanken Network Day will take place on Thursday September 20th 2012.
Hanken Network Day creates a forum where productive and creative meetings can take place. The day will begin with an opening speech by representatives from Hanken's faculty. During the day you will have the opportunity to meet students, faculty representatives, alumni and other companies and create new contacts in a relaxed environment. Participating companies will have the opportunity the arrange speed interviews with invited students.
The participating companies are all there to broaden their networks. They believe personal relationships are important in the business world.
Hanken Network Day 2012 will focus on generation Y and their expectations on the employer and how companies look at them. Few generations have been as mentioned as the Y generation that is now entering the working life. Most people seem to agree on one thing- the generation Y will make greats demands on the leadership because generation Y is "competence in a new package".
There is also no doubt that generation Y will be a great asset for the organisation. If they like their place of work they will see the job as an extension of their own brand and will by that become ambassadors. But they can become a testing for the employer since they demand transparent leadership. To feel motivated generation Y demands total insight into the working processes.
Come and take part of the theme around interesting speeches and round tables during the day. You will also have the opportunity to meet interesting students, faculty representatives, and experts from the participating companies and create new contact!
More information about the day and registration will be published soon!
Welcome!
