About invitations

We have received a number of requests for invitations to the conference from non-academics. Please note that we will only send out invitations to potential participants whose abstracts have been accepted and who need an invitation in order to come to Finland.

Early-bird registration and accomodation possibility

The deadline for early bird registration is January 31, 2011.

- Fee for students and doctoral students: 120 euros

- Fee for other academic participants: 200 euros

If you use the early-bird registration option then you have the possibility to use a pre-booked room in Hotel Helka (a nice hotel near the conference venue with a special discount for conference participants). The discounted rates will be:

- Single room: 110 euros from April 7 to 8 and 88 euros from April 8 to 9

- Double room: 140 euros from April 7 to 8 and 113 euros from April 8 to 9

Once you have registered as early-bird, you will receive a reservation number in order tobenefit from the discounted rate.

Final deadline for registration

The final deadline for registration is February 28, 2011

- Fee for students and doctoral students: 150 euros

- Fee for other academic participants: 250 euros

Payment of the registration fee

In order to register, you will need to transfer (by the appropriate deadline) the sum corresponding to your registration fee to the following account:

- For transfer from Finland: 174530-99673

- For international transfer: IBAN number: FI27 1745 3000 0996 73; BIC: NDEAFIHH

In the reference text, you will need to include:

"2059, CR3 Conference: [Participant's name]" (For example "2059, CR3 Conference: John Smith")

If you need to specify a bank address, you can use:
