Rafael Ramirez is Director of the Oxford Scenarios Programme and Fellow in Strategy at the Saїd Business School and Green Templeton College, Oxford University. Ramirez is known as a founding father of theories on the aesthetics (attractiveness or repulsion) of business, work and organisation. A proven innovator, Rafael co-authored the first major journal articles attacking the ‘value chain’ view of value production (with R. Normann), published in the Harvard Business Review in 1993. This pioneering research provided an alternative way of conceptualising value creation and redefined services as a way of creating value and not as a different sector of the economy.
Petri Kokko
Petri Kokko is the director of Google Global Sales Learning & Development. Before joining Google Petri worked as programme manager at Urheilukanava, as president of Nike Finland as well as president of the advertising agency Stream Helsinki. A Hanken alumnus, Kokko is also well known among Finns for his achievements as a sportsman, having among other things won the European figure skating championship in 1995.
Professor Evert Gummesson
Evert Gummesson is Professor Emeritus of Service Marketing and Management at the Stockholm University School of Business, and is its former Research Director. One of the pioneers of service thinking, Gummesson has always served as an original and progressive voice within service research. In 2011 he was awarded the first ever Gönroos Service Research Award in recognition of his significant originality of thought and challenge to common understandings.
Professor Micael Dahlén
Micael Dahlén is Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden and the author of six books. Dahlén has risen rapidly to take up a leading position in the field of consumer behaviour, creativity and marketing. In 2008 he was ranked as number 10 in the world among researchers within his field. A dynamic and unconventional figure, Dahlén is a popular speaker and advisor to a number of listed companies.
