Kristina Heinonen and Tore Strandvik’s paper received Award of Excellence

A paper written by Kristina Heinonen, HANKEN Foundation Assistant Professor in Marketing and Tore Strandvik, Professor in Marketing at Hanken, has been chosen as Highly Commended Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence. Heinonen and Strandvik's paper "Monitoring value-in-use of e-service" was published last year in Journal of Service Management Volume 20 Number 1.

Every year the editorial teams at Emerald's journals nominate an Outstanding Paper and up to three Highly Commended Papers published in previous volume of the journal.
