Mandatory introductory seminar to Introduction to Corporate Governance (course code 2683) will be held in Restaurant Nygård.

Transportation is arranged from Arkadiankatu 24 HELSINKI at 8.00 a.m.

11.50 Split-up into task-groups (5 groups are formed by each subject matter)

14.30 Presentation of reports and faculty comments
16.00 Reshuffling of groups for preparation of term papers (3 groups)

The seminar builds on a real life case, which will be revealed at a later time. In addition to providing participants with an interdisciplinary corporate governance perspective on a timely case, the seminar will also give participants an opportunity to learn to know fellow students. Subsequent to the seminar, participants will write a term paper together with their team members, which will be presented and graded. Naturally, lunch and coffee are served as well as bus transportation to restaurant Nygårds in Vantaa, where the day is spent.
