Mål
This course aims at enhancing the participants' understanding of a range of issues in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) and competitive strategy. The challenge of effective HRM is greatest in international firms with complex operations in culturally and institutionally diverse environments. The strategic role that IHRM may play in resolving a set of dilemmas of coordination, control and change in large international firms will be discussed.
